What are the cancellation requirements?
We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation and there is a $75 cancellation fee.
How old do you have to be to rent the jet car?
You must be 21 or older and have your Arkansas Boater’s Education card if born after January 1st, 1986.
When should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time to ensure a smooth and timely departure.
Are lifejackets provided?
Yes, we provide lifejackets for all guests to ensure your safety while on the water.
Should I bring valuables with me?
We do not recommend bringing any valuables with you, as there is a risk of them being lost in the lake.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If there are rain or weather-related delays or cancellations, they will not be refunded, but you may reschedule your booking for another available date.
What should I bring with me?
We suggest bringing water and towels for your comfort during the trip.

Yes, you can book a private rental and be the captain of your own adventure. Our private rentals offer flexible time slots to suit your needs.
